Not my Best Look and New Products from Ulta

Today's look was both good and bad. I love how my face turned out and again I am so in love with the elf mineral infused primer! I loved the first two looks that I did with the PUR palette that I got from Boxycharm, but I hate what I did today. It wouldn't blend for me at all and went on patchy. I am not 100% sure if it was me or the product but it just didn't work (at least to me). What was great is while I didn't like it as much as past looks I got several products and two people asked me what eye shadow I used. The face products went on so much better than in the past so I would like to think I am learning! One thing I noticed is that the last time I wore this mascara it flaked and had a lot of transfer to the under eye area the last time I wore it and this time there was no transfer...well until I took a nap! LOL

The first pic above is from about mid-day when the makeup had been on 8 hours. The second one is from about 4 hours later so at about the 12 hour mark. It didn't hold up quite as well but in my defense and the defense of the products I went home sick and fell asleep with my makeup on so some of it rubbed off and my hair is kind of crazy! Now what woke me from my nap...but I was so EXCITED...
My ULTA package came! I got two eye shadow palettes from NYX...their Cosmic Metals palette and their Eye Lingerie Palette. I also got two palettes from bh Cosmetics the Shaaanxo Remix and the Zodia Palette! Finally I added two Milani blushes to my collection. I have tried a few products from each company already and if these above are half as good as what I have already tried I am super excited!
