If you want to see more of my blogs don't forget to subscribe on the home page. I would totally appreciate your support and it would help me get out there for more people to see my thoughts and learn to enjoy makeup as much as I do.
So rolling out of bed this morning was hard. My son had a super tough weekend and was fussing and throwing fits like when he was a toddler and he is nine years old! I just wanted to stay in bed and sleep especially since it is state testing time so all I have done at school all day for the last four days is give kids tests...doesn't make for a very exciting day.

Anyways I was trying super hard to try to look fresh and awake with my makeup look today and since I had done so much color recently I went for more earth toned brown look using one of my many Makeup Revolution Palettes. I am working on trying to vary my palette collection a bit...but you like what you like and I really love all of my palettes. Since I am super budget conscious I only purchase palettes that I really think I will get use out of and that are high quality and recommended by some of my favorite YouTubers or have solid reviews. I also used WAYYY too much concealer and I did not love how pale my under eyes came out looking. You live and you learn and I need to remember that the BH concealer that I used a little goes a long way. I used all of my Physcians Formula products: highlighter, bronzer and blush and I am so in love with the smell of these and how easy they are to work with...well sort of. I somehow must have missed the memo that the highlighter was a cream to powder product so my highlight today was a hot mess. That being said I was able to fix it to a certain degree and it has great color and sheen so I will make sure to apply it correctly next time I use it!!!
Eyes: LA Girl Shadow Primer Stick, Makeup Revolution Mint Chocolate Bar Shadow Palette, LA Girl Fineline Eye Liner in Black, Essence Lash Princess False Lash Effect Mascara in Black

One thing that I am noticing is that my foundations do a great job overall with the coverage but all of them really show my forehead wrinkles. I don't mind that so much, but at the same time it makes me wonder is there a foundation that won't settle there or a primer that I should be using. At the same time there is not any settling around my mouth or nose so I it may just be something that I have to deal with. I am still loving and enjoying this makeup journey that I have been on and all the compliments I have been getting are super nice to hear. I don't profess to be a makeup expert but I always try to share my thoughts and I think that as I learn more and try more products and different looks I will share more. I have this go to playlist of videos on YouTube and I am finally now only two weeks behind in most videos except a couple of YouTubers whose videos I watch right away. Part three in my favorite YouTuber series is coming soon and then I am going to move on to brands I want to try posts!
