If you want to see more of my blogs don't forget to subscribe on the home page. I would totally appreciate your support and it would help me get out there for more people to see my thoughts and learn to enjoy makeup as much as I do. Also follow me on Twitter @crrobb and on Instagram @cristinarobb1980 where I post about 4 times throughout the day.

I took a brief blog break because I had so much going on at school and my little man is under the weather. I wanted to dedicate a post to sharing the new items to my makeup collection. I shared many of them on my social media but I wanted to share them on here as well with some additional info about them. I was able to add all of these things to my collection because of money I earned through tutoring and my Teachers Pay Teachers store. So lets share the many items I added!!

Salvation Eye Shadow Palette Unicorns Unite (Makeup Revolution) - I have loved all of the eye shadow palettes from them that I have tried that when I saw there were several that were on sale I wanted to look at them and pick out the ones that had colors of interest to me. I love the blues and purples in here and the neutrals that you can use as transition shades. It has 18 Shades - 12 Shimmer and 6 Matte.

Renaissance Flick Eyeliner - Black (Makeup Revolution) - First off I love that this packaging is so different from any of my other eyeliners. I also like how the eyeliner pen is a bit thicker because it is easy to hold on to. According to the website "Whether you’re a beginner or an expert, the pen glides on seamlessly to complete the perfect flick, wing or graphic eyeliner look."

The Dead Are Alive Eye Shadow Palette (Makeup Revolution) - Another palette that I added because of my love for Makeup Revolutions eye shadows. I am excited for this one because it has lots of earth tones with the blue and I think that I can make some great combinations.

Ultra Sculpt and Contour Kit (Makeup Revolution) - I haven't tried as many face products from Makeup Revolution compared to the eye shadow palettes. The few that I have tried I like a lot so since this was on sale I decided to pick it up because it would be great for traveling so I don't have to take a ton of individual products. According to the website "This amazing kit provides everything you need for a professional, sculpted and contoured look. Includes 3 shades that can be used together to shape and define or individually to freshen and brighten throughout the day. Bronzer and blush create a precise contour, and highlighter finishes by brightening and illuminating."

Give Them Darkness Eye Shadow Palette (Makeup Revolution) - Similar thoughts to the ones above but this one is more cool toned which is my general preference and vibe so I had to pick this up!

BH Cosmetics Floral Blush Duo in Honolulu Hideaway - The look of this blush in the pan is beautiful which is what drew me to it in the first place. You can use the colors separately, but I have worn this twice and I like the look of blending them together and the complimentary colors mix so well together!

Catrice Prime and Fine Mattifying Powder - From the Ulta website "The Catrice Prime & Fine Waterproof Mattifying Powder withstands humidity and mattifies your skin for hours." I can't wait to try this out and see if the claims are true. I have seen several YouTubers say they really love this product. When it came in the mail the mirror was cracked so I am sad about that but not a big deal in the end.

Covergirl Vitalist Healthy Elixir Foundation - I first became aware of this after watching several Youtubers the first I remember being Rachhloves talk about how great of a drugstore foundation this is! It is an Allure Best of Beauty Winner in 2017 and "has a vitamin-infused formula with a special antioxidant and vitamin complex."

Fast Base Stick Foundation (Makeup Revolution) - I have become intrigued by the concept of stick foundation but had not tried any. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on one and then find myself not liking it so I decide to get the Makeup Revolution one because of price and my love of their brand in general. I have used it once and it is very different from liquid foundations so I need to work on my technique when I use it but I liked how it looked!

Sport Fix Extra Hold Makeup Fixing Spray (Makeup Revolution) - "Makeup Revolution's Sport Fix Extra Hold Makeup Fixing Spray is a setting spray, designed to keep you looking flawless through even the toughest of workouts!" I don't work out much but I am on the go alot and I thought that this was definitely worth a try.

Intense Ink Eyeliner (e.l.f. cosmetics) - I love e.l.f. products and how high quality and cost effective they are. My faves have been their baked highlighters so I have high hopes for this eyeliner! I used it once and it was easy to use and made a very pigmented black smooth line. "The felt tip pen allows you to create a sleek or bold line with complete precision. It glides on smoothly without smudging, feathering, or running!"

JCat Beauty H2O Fresh and Dewy Base Primer - Most of the primers I have are mattifying so I wanted to add a dewy one to my collection and this one had some good reviews so I decided to try it out. This is "a lightweight moisturizer and a base primer that is infused with chamomile, green tea, and ginseng root to create the perfect canvas and give your skin a radiant boost."

Makeup Revolution SophX Eye Shadow Palette - Love Makeup Revolution and Love Sophx so enuff said!!!

Colourpop x Kathleen Lights Dream St. Eye Shadow Palette - So many YouTubers have raved about Colourpop and after getting the Semi-Precious Palette in a Boxycharm I had to add more to my collection so I added this one and the one below Double Entendre! I can't wait to try them out because they are super beautiful in person and pics don't do either palette justice.

Colourpop Double Entendre Eye Shadow Palette

Sleek Makeup Oh So Special Eye Shadow Palette - I have no heard a ton about this brand but the palette is beautiful so I wanted to try something from a brand that I didn't have anything from. On the Ulta website it says "Create a variety of stunning looks with these 12 shades of mineral based, highly pigmented eyeshadows in the Sleek MakeUP Oh So Special Eyeshadow Palette.

Benefits:Includes matte browns and creamy pink hues, with shimmering greys and smokey plums. Includes a matte dark color, ideal for definition or perfecting a classic smoky effect":
