Sorry I haven't been posting daily the last couple of weeks. With the end of a school year I have been super busy and crazy tired so when I come home I am just laying down and watching YouTube and often times dozing off. I hope to post 4 times a week during the summer and possibly more as I get great ideas and explore things. Anyways as far as today's look I generally really like it but I had a hard time with the shadows. They were great the issue was with the shadows themselves but me and just being stuck as to what to do any using the wrong shadows for the wrong job. The shadows went on smoothly and were creamy and blended nicely but for some reason this didn't turn out quite like I wanted. Again not the shadows ... just my makeup newbie operator error!

I continue to love the BH Cosmetics blush and really hope to get some more colors soon. One thing I continue to learn with this blush is that a little goes a long way and so you can just barely dip you brush in and tap off any excess and it will be more than enough. Also I am continuing to perfect my concealer use with these Makeup Revolution concealers and my mistake of getting a took dark concealer has turned into a happy accident! I use a few small dots of the dark concealer with my other concealers and I love the brightening yet not whitening look I get. Shade matching is still something tricky for me so this makes it all work without feeling like I have to get rid of my concealers.

The eye look held up really well despite it not being my favorite, but the face is another story. As I continue to work on packing up my classroom I am sweating a lot. In general the makeup hold up well but combine the sweat with allergies and I am rubbing at my face a lot which makes the product become patchy in places. The sweat on its own does cause any problems and things hold up well, but combine that with allergies and my inability to keep my hands off my face and it was just a bad combination. My allergies tend to clear up and get better in June so I am hoping the puffiness will subside and the watery eyes will get better.

Also I got my first package from FaceTory and I love it! I had no idea about it or the idea of sheet masks until I started watching YouTube and I specifically heard about this company after watching Allie Gilles giveaway video and decided I had to try it. FaceTory is a monthly sheet mask subscription service similar to ipsy, Birchbox and Boxycharm. You can subscribe with one of two plans:

1. FOUR-ever Fresh Kit - This kit of four carefully curated sheet masks includes fabric masks such as cotton and cellulose and have the most essential functions and features.

2. SEVEN LUX Box - This box of seven carefully curated sheet masks includes a more diverse selection of high functioning sheet masks such as hydrogels and multi-step masks that contain high quality ingredients.

I really think that this service is definitely worth giving a try. It auto renews and you can cancel at any time but I think when you start using the sheet masks and see the results there is no way you will want to cancel it!
